Illustrations
The paintings on this site were generated with FLUX.2 [pro] by Black Forest Labs, through the SiliconFlow API, following our illustration style bible. They aren't the work of a human illustrator. Every image was reviewed against the palette and checked for stray text and artefacts.25 images were generated for the first set and 15 were kept. Every prompt, seed, size and decision is logged inassets/provenance.json.
The visual direction was inspired by storybook illustration portfolios. No text, characters or artwork from them was copied, and the generator was not given any reference image.
Logo, icons and edges
The Homestead mark comes from the app's cottage icon. The wordmark, lockups, line icons, torn-paper edges and medallion rims were drawn for this site as SVG. They're MIT-licensed, like the app.
Photos and video
None. This site uses no photography, so it carries no photo credits. If photos are added, they come from Pexels and are credited here.
